WeTrust Realty周四经纪人圆桌会将于10月29日（周四）上午9:30至中午12:00在Irvine的780 Roosevelt举行。本期圆桌会主题聚焦利率高企下房源如何卖得动：NDF Lending资深贷款经纪人Benny Wang将讲解2-1 Buydown（买降利率）方案——与其一味降价，不如换个思路，让房源海报也能打出「4%起」，帮助符合条件的买家第一年享4.99%的示例优惠利率，降低买家前期月供压力，也给买家一个出手的理由。
圆桌会还安排7位自媒体达人经纪人做经验分享，嘉宾包括史蓉、Nora、迎姐、果姐、Nancy、MJ美君与Paul。周会结束后，参会者将一同前往63 Navajo, Irvine的一套房源现场拍摄视频、同场比拼创意：主办方将按视频质量、点赞量、转发量等综合评选，前10名优秀作品每人可获50美元现金红包，总奖金500美元，优秀作品还将在平台推广展示，以激发创作热情、提升自媒体实战能力。

WeTrust Realty's Thursday Agent Roundtable meets Oct. 29, 9:30 a.m. to noon, at 780 Roosevelt in Irvine. With high rates making listings harder to sell, Benny Wang, a senior loan officer at NDF Lending, will explain the 2-1 buydown: instead of cutting the price, sellers can help qualified buyers enjoy an example first-year rate of 4.99 percent, lowering early monthly payments and giving buyers a reason to act.
Seven agent-creators — Shirong, Nora, Yingjie, Guojie, Nancy, MJ Meijun and Paul — will share their social-media experience. After the meeting, attendees will film the same listing together at 63 Navajo, Irvine; the top 10 videos, judged on quality, likes and shares, win $50 cash each from a $500 prize pool and platform promotion. The event is free and hosted by WeTrust Realty for real estate agents. The 4.99 percent figure is an example rate for qualified buyers; actual terms depend on the loan program and approval.
