特朗普政府撤销三家媒体记者证件遭起诉：新闻自由组织告上曼哈顿联邦法院
据POLITICO 10月26日报道，奈特第一修正案研究所（Knight First Amendment Institute）与耶鲁法学院媒体和信息获取诊所已在曼哈顿联邦法院提起诉讼，挑战特朗普政府撤销POLITICO、CNN和MS NOW三家媒体记者新闻证件的决定。

Knight Institute Sues Trump Administration Over Revoked Press Credentials for POLITICO, CNN and MS NOW Reporters
The Knight First Amendment Institute and Yale Law School’s Media and Information Access Clinic have sued in Manhattan federal court challenging the Trump administration’s revocation of press credentials held by reporters from POLITICO, CNN and MS NOW, POLITICO reported on October 26.
The lawsuit, filed during the election season, asks the court to review the legality of the administration’s decision to revoke the three outlets’ reporters’ credentials.
