科罗拉多州保险处10月22日发布招募公告：州政府正公开征集公平计划协会（FAIR Plan Association）董事会成员人选。FAIR计划是面向难以在普通保险市场买到房产保险的屋主的最后投保渠道，其董事会负责这一计划的治理与监督。
此次待任命的席位自2027年1月1日起生效，包括：在科罗拉多州承保财产保险的相互保险公司代表1名、股份制保险公司代表2名、代表州内持牌独立保险代理人的行业协会代表1名，以及代表消费者利益的成员1名。申请经科罗拉多州董事会与委员会办公室提交，全年滚动受理，州政府鼓励有意者在11月15日前提交，并在申请时注明所申请的席位类别。
Colorado Seeks Applicants for FAIR Plan Association Board of Directors
The State of Colorado is seeking applicants to serve on the FAIR Plan Association Board of Directors, the Division of Insurance said Oct. 22. FAIR plans provide a last-resort channel for homeowners who cannot obtain property insurance in the standard market.
Positions due for appointment effective Jan. 1, 2027, include one representative of admitted mutual insurers writing property insurance in Colorado, two representatives of admitted stock insurers, one representative of a Colorado insurance trade association for independent agents, and one member representing consumers. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the Colorado Office of Boards & Commissions, with Nov. 15 encouraged as the submission target.
