博通公司（Broadcom）10 月 26 日发布：美国银行（Bank of America）、黑石（Blackstone）、花旗（Citi）与摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）四家机构当日宣布一项里程碑式的 630 亿美元融资安排，与博通合作部署人工智能（AI）算力，服务对象为人工智能公司 Anthropic。该交易是博通此前宣布的战略算力协议的一部分，预计 2027 年开始交付。

BofA, Blackstone, Citi and Morgan Stanley Announce $63 Billion Financing for Broadcom AI Compute for Anthropic
Bank of America, Blackstone, Citi and Morgan Stanley on October 26 announced a landmark $63 billion financing structure to enable the deployment of AI compute capacity, leveraging Broadcom Inc.'s technology, for Anthropic, Broadcom said. The transaction is part of the strategic compute capacity agreement previously announced by Broadcom, with expected deliveries starting in calendar 2027.
The transaction will be executed through a newly formed special purpose vehicle (SPV) with committed financing from the four lead financial partners to support the purchase of Broadcom XPU AI accelerators and networking solutions, to be leased to Anthropic. The first lien portion of the financing is being arranged by Bank of America, Citi and Morgan Stanley, with Blackstone as the sole provider of the committed portion of the second lien financing. Broadcom is providing residual value support to the SPV in an amount equivalent to the first lien portion of the financing.

Broadcom is headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Legal counsel noted in the announcement included Kirkland & Ellis LLP for Blackstone and Latham & Watkins LLP.
