Atlanta International School Holds World Festival on October 25: Multicultural Families Gather in Buckhead
On October 25, Atlanta International School held its World Festival from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the school, 2890 North Fulton Drive. The World Festival is the school's annual multicultural event open to the community, bringing together families from different countries and cultural backgrounds to connect on one campus through food, performances and cultural displays. Located in the Buckhead community, Atlanta International School has families from all over the world, including many Chinese families, making the World Festival an important annual gathering for the local international community. For Chinese families in Atlanta, a school-based world festival like this is both a stage for children to present their own culture and an occasion for parents to build connections and exchange information about education and daily life. The organizer placed the World Festival on the October 25 cultural-events schedule, and the Sunday-afternoon timing made it convenient for the whole family to attend.
