檀香山10月25日皇家夏威夷中心万圣节讨糖：儿童服装赛与全中心讨糖同场

Halloween Trick-or-Treating at Royal Hawaiian Center in Honolulu on October 25: Children's Costume Contest and Center-Wide Trick-or-Treat Together
On October 25, the Royal Hawaiian Center in Honolulu held a center-wide Halloween trick-or-treat event, with a children's costume contest the same day. Located on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, the Royal Hawaiian Center is one of Honolulu's busiest open-air shopping centers, and its trick-or-treating on the eve of Halloween every year draws large numbers of local families bringing children to collect candy from shop to shop inside the center, while the center also holds a costume contest for children to show off their creativity. The Waikiki Halloween events calendar shows that many other Halloween activities took place across Honolulu the same day, including the Aloun Farms pumpkin patch, haunted-house adventures and a Halloween-themed train; the Royal Hawaiian Center's trick-or-treat stood out as many families' first choice because it is downtown, free and suitable for the whole family. For families around Waikiki, this trick-or-treat held inside a shopping center avoided the sun while letting children experience Halloween fun in a safe environment.
