New Pasadena Service Center Opens: Industrial Sealing Company Expands Gulf Coast Repair Capacity
A new industrial service center in Pasadena, Harris County, Texas, officially opened on October 22 and was announced publicly on October 26. EagleBurgmann, a global provider of industrial sealing technology, opened the new service center in Pasadena, replacing the company's previous site at Brookriver in Houston, with a service area covering energy, refining and chemical customers along the U.S. Gulf Coast. Located near the Houston Ship Channel industrial corridor, the new center has about 11,000 square feet of shop space, far larger than the old site's 1,500 square feet, plus office and inventory areas.
The center is equipped with two 10-ton cranes for handling large seal assemblies, shafts and bearing housings, and its work includes mechanical seal repair, assembly, testing and customer training, with an EagleBurgmann Academy training area combining classroom and hands-on instruction. To keep service uninterrupted, the transition was carried out in stages: new repair orders have been processed in Pasadena since September 21, and the first repaired seals were completed on October 6. The company said the Houston Brookriver site will continue to handle dry gas seal services. The new Pasadena center has a dedicated team responsible for seal repair, customer service, inventory management, technical sales and service network coordination.
