澳门：大众体育健身兴趣班余额报名10月26日上午10时起开放，至28日下午5时
澳门体育局主办的大众体育健身兴趣班2026年11月至12月期别，在完成登记、抽签及首轮报名后，如仍有余额，将于10月26日上午10时至10月28日下午5时，接受未报满两班或未曾报名的市民报名。报名全程网上进行，参加者可通过体育局网页、手机应用程式或“一户通”的“活动报名”栏目完成流程。本期大众班的登记期为10月16日上午10时至10月22日晚上8时，成功登记者经电脑随机抽签，可于10月23日中午12时在网上查询中签结果，并于10月25日上午10时至下午5时按中签时间在网上完成报名手续，每位参加者每期最多可报两班。未能自行在网上完成报名的人士，可于10月25日及26日上午10时至下午5时前往望厦体育中心办理，现场设置长者专道由专职人员按时协助；10月27日至28日则可于上午10时至下午1时、下午2时30分至5时前往体育局办理，办理时需提供身份证明文件，即场接收验证码登入系统。体育局每逢双数月份推出新一期活动章程与时间表，市民可留意后续安排。为方便市民参与“营动全城”健康生活方式大赛，大众班学员只需出席课堂，并于课堂期间至完结后30日内到“一户通”点击“我的健康”进入大赛页面点击“同意”，即可获取健康积分，每班50分，全年最多12班、累计600分。
Macau: Remaining Places for Public Sports and Fitness Interest Classes Open for Registration from 10:00 a.m. on October 26 until 5:00 p.m. on October 28
For the November to December 2026 session of the Public Sports and Fitness Interest Classes organized by the Sports Bureau of Macau, after registration, the lottery and the first round of enrollment are completed, if places remain, citizens who have not enrolled in two classes or have not yet enrolled may register from 10:00 a.m. on October 26 to 5:00 p.m. on October 28. Registration is conducted entirely online; participants can complete the process through the Sports Bureau website, its mobile app, or the 'Activity Registration' section of the Macao One Account. The registration period for this session was from 10:00 a.m. on October 16 to 8:00 p.m. on October 22; successful registrants, after a computer random draw, could check the draw results online from 12:00 noon on October 23, and complete registration online according to their drawn time slot from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 25, with each participant allowed to enroll in at most two classes per session. Those unable to complete registration online themselves could go to the Mong-Ha Sports Centre on October 25 and 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., where a dedicated lane for seniors with staff assistance is provided; on October 27 and 28, they could go to the Sports Bureau from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., bringing identity documents and receiving a verification code on site to log into the system. The Sports Bureau releases a new session's program and timetable every two months, and citizens can watch for subsequent arrangements. To make it convenient for citizens to participate in the 'Active Macao' healthy lifestyle competition, public class students need only attend class, and during the class period and within 30 days after it ends, go to 'My Health' in the Macao One Account, enter the competition page and click 'Agree', to earn health points - 50 points per class, up to 12 classes and a cumulative 600 points per year.
