Houston Texans Host the Giants at Noon on October 25: Two Straight Wins and Looking to Keep Rolling
At noon on October 25, the Houston Texans hosted the New York Giants at Reliant Stadium in Houston in a Week 7 NFL regular-season game. The Texans entered at 2-4, third in the AFC South, but riding a two-game winning streak and steadier form. Houston's passing game has been a strength, ranking fourth in the league in passing yards per game, with quarterback C.J. Stroud throwing for 1,714 yards and 9 touchdowns through six games as the core of the offense. The Giants arrived at 3-2-1, first in the NFC East, but coming off a loss and still winless on the road; their defense had recorded six interceptions through six games, tied for fifth in the league. Ball security loomed as a key contrast: Houston had thrown only one interception all season and owned a plus-3 turnover margin. For Houston fans, the noon kickoff was a chance to cheer the home team in person.
