旧金山10月25日渡轮大厦饺子节免费登场：45家以上餐厅参与
10月25日，旧金山渡轮大厦广场举办“世界饺子节”，时间为上午11时至下午5时，免费入场。这场由亚裔非营利组织主办的活动被称作湾区最大的饺子聚会，去年吸引逾1.3万人参加、45家以上本地餐厅和商家参与。现场除来自世界各地的饺子外，还有烹饪演示、现场表演与社区活动，主办方希望通过食物与共享故事促进不同社区的归属感。饺子作为华人饮食文化的重要代表，也是当日活动中最受关注的元素之一。

San Francisco: Free World Dumpling Day at Ferry Building on Oct. 25
On October 25, the "World Dumpling Day" festival was held at the Ferry Plaza in San Francisco, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with free admission. Organized by an Asian nonprofit organization and billed as the Bay Area's largest dumpling gathering, the event drew more than 13,000 people last year, when more than 45 local restaurants and vendors took part. Alongside dumplings from around the world, the event featured cooking demonstrations, live performances and community activities, with the organizer hoping that food and shared stories would foster a sense of belonging across communities. As an important representative of Chinese food culture, dumplings were also among the most watched elements of the day.
