At 8 p.m. Central Time on October 24, the No. 1-ranked Nebraska women's volleyball team hosted USC at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, with the match televised on the Big Ten Network. Nebraska entered at 20-0 overall and 8-0 in the Big Ten, chasing the 10th 20-0 start in program history, and riding a 52-match regular-season winning streak.
The match was also the team's annual "Pink Night," with the arena dressed in pink to raise awareness of breast cancer prevention and treatment.
