旧金山——人工智能公司 Anthropic 10月22日宣布，将 AI 智能体开放标准 Agent Skills 捐赠给 Linux 基金会（Linux Foundation）旗下的 Agentic AI Foundation（AAIF）。
Agent Skills 是一种让 AI 智能体获得专业知识与工作流程的开放标准：一个「技能」就是一个文件夹，内含一份 SKILL.md 文件，写明完成特定任务所需的步骤，并可附带脚本与参考资料。Anthropic 在开发 Claude Code 时创建了这一机制，2025年12月将其发布为开放标准。此后，包括 ChatGPT、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 与 VS Code 在内的 70 多个智能体平台已接入该标准；开发者迄今已发布 100 万个技能，累计安装近 2.8 亿次。
此次捐赠包括 Agent Skills 的名称与标识、其 GitHub 组织以及 agentskills.io 域名。AAIF 由 Anthropic 与 Block、OpenAI 于去年共同创立，Anthropic 此前已把模型上下文协议（MCP）捐给该基金会。Anthropic 表示，捐赠旨在让这一标准保持开放、由社区驱动且厂商中立。此后，该标准将由来自 Anthropic、谷歌、OpenAI 等公司的工程师以个人身份维护，首席维护人为 David Soria Parra 与 Mahesh Murag。

San Francisco — Artificial intelligence company Anthropic announced on October 22 that it is donating Agent Skills, its open standard that gives AI agents specialized knowledge and workflows, to the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) under the Linux Foundation.
A skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file that teaches an agent a specific task or domain, along with any scripts or reference material it needs. Anthropic developed the mechanism while building Claude Code and published Agent Skills as an open standard in December 2025. Since then, more than 70 agent platforms, including ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and VS Code, have integrated the standard; developers have published 1 million skills, with nearly 280 million installs so far.
The donation covers the Agent Skills name and logo, its GitHub organization and the agentskills.io domain. The AAIF was co-founded by Anthropic with Block and OpenAI last year, and Anthropic previously donated the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to the foundation. Anthropic said the move is meant to keep the standard open, community-driven and vendor-neutral. Engineers from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and other companies will maintain the standard as individuals, with David Soria Parra and Mahesh Murag as lead maintainers.
