教育部长McMahon「把教育还给各州」巡访达第48站：加州走访私立基督教学校并出席里根牧场中心炉边谈话
美国教育部10月23日公布，部长 Linda McMahon 的「把教育还给各州」50州巡访近日完成第47站犹他州与第48站加利福尼亚州行程。
在加州，McMahon 参观了私立基督教学校 Providence School，走进科学、艺术、体育与音乐课堂观摩教学，随后在 Santa Barbara 的 Reagan Ranch Center 出席炉边谈话。
在犹他州，除在 American Preparatory Academy 向约1,200名师生与家长发表主题演讲外（本站此前已报道），McMahon 还走访了该校的小学阅读课、中学历史课与品格教育课堂，参加读写教育圆桌会，与学生一同前往犹他州议会大厦实地参访，并走访了 Canyon Heights 成人学习中心。

Education Secretary McMahon's 'Return Education to the States' Tour Reaches 48th Stop: California Christian School Visit and Reagan Ranch Fireside Chat
The U.S. Department of Education announced on October 23 that Secretary Linda McMahon's "Return Education to the States" 50-state tour has completed its 47th stop in Utah and its 48th stop in California.
In California, McMahon visited Providence School, a private Christian school, observing science, art, athletics and music classes, and later took part in a fireside chat at the Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara.
In Utah, beyond the keynote address to some 1,200 students, educators and parents at American Preparatory Academy that GSM previously reported, McMahon visited the school's elementary literacy, middle-school history and character-education classes, joined a literacy roundtable, accompanied students on a field trip to the Utah State Capitol, and visited the Canyon Heights Adult Learning Center.
The department said the tour is intended to hear from educators, students and families across the states as it pursues returning education decision-making to states and local communities.
