The Port of Long Beach, in Los Angeles County, California, has recirculated the draft supplemental environmental impact report for its Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility project for public review and comment.
The Pier B project is designed to expand the port's on-dock rail capacity and increase the share of container cargo moving by rail, with the overall program targeted for completion in 2032. The recirculated draft document is available for public review, and written comments are being accepted.
