巴拉圭签署加入「硅和平」倡议 成为第26个签署国
美国国务院10月23日宣布，巴拉圭外交部长鲁文·拉米雷斯·莱斯卡诺（Rubén Ramírez Lezcano）在美国国务院签署宣言，巴拉圭正式加入由美国主导的「硅和平」（Pax Silica）倡议，成为该倡议第26个签署国。
「硅和平」倡议由美国发起，旨在与伙伴国家共建安全、有韧性的硅供应链，合作范围涵盖关键矿产、半导体制造与人工智能基础设施。
就在签署前一天，美国财政部长 Scott Bessent 在巴拉圭首都亚松森会见巴拉圭总统 Santiago Peña，讨论经济伙伴关系与关键矿产供应链；巴拉圭当时尚未加入该倡议。

Paraguay Signs On to Pax Silica as the Initiative's 26th Signatory
The State Department announced on October 23 that Paraguay's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rubén Ramírez Lezcano, signed the Pax Silica declaration at the Department, making Paraguay the 26th signatory of the U.S.-led initiative.
Pax Silica is a U.S.-led effort to build secure, resilient silicon supply chains with partner nations, spanning critical minerals, semiconductor manufacturing and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
The signing came a day after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met Paraguayan President Santiago Peña in Asunción to discuss economic partnership and critical mineral supply chains, at which point Paraguay had not yet joined the initiative.
