Del Mar 周报：市议会通过 San Dieguito 泻湖海岸工程环评文件 24日设药品回收点
位于加州圣迭戈县的 Del Mar 市发布本周简报。市议会已通过 San Dieguito Lagoon 堤岸、生境修复与步道工程的最终环境文件，为工程推进扫清环评环节。
该工程位于 Jimmy Durante Boulevard 大桥以西的 San Dieguito 河两岸，采用「活堤坝」设计，目标是在满足联邦紧急事务管理署（FEMA）「零抬升」防洪标准的同时，改善当地水质与野生动物栖息地、提升应对海平面上升的韧性，并完善公众步道。工程最终环境文件由 Dudek 公司编制，全文近700页。
10月24日（周六）是全国处方药回收日，市内将设回收点，居民可交回过期或不再使用的处方药，统一安全处置。
市府同时公布了万圣节期间的社区活动安排。

Del Mar Weekly: Council Adopts Environmental Document for San Dieguito Lagoon Levee Project; Drug Take-Back Site Set for Oct. 24
The City of Del Mar, in San Diego County, California, has issued its weekly briefing. The City Council has adopted the final environmental document for the San Dieguito Lagoon Levee, Habitat Enhancement, and Trail Project, clearing the environmental review step for the project.
The project, along the banks of the San Dieguito River west of the Jimmy Durante Boulevard Bridge, uses a "living levee" design intended to meet the Federal Emergency Management Agency's no-rise flood standard while improving water quality and habitat, strengthening resilience to sea level rise, and enhancing public trail access. The final environmental document, prepared by Dudek, runs to nearly 700 pages.
Saturday, October 24, is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, and a collection site will operate in the city where residents can turn in expired or unused prescription medications for safe disposal.
The city also announced its Halloween community activities.
