商务部回应美国国土安全部采购禁令：强烈不满、坚决反对，敦促美方撤销歧视性限制
据央视网 10 月 20 日报道，商务部发言人就美国国土安全部 10 月 19 日发布针对中国企业的联邦采购排除和移除命令答记者问。该命令禁止美联邦民事行政机构采购中国人工智能企业深度求索（DeepSeek）及其关联企业开发的产品和服务，并要求从相关机构的信息系统中移除。
中方表示强烈不满、坚决反对，斥美方泛化国家安全概念，将科技经贸问题政治化、工具化。
中方敦促美方撤销歧视性限制措施，否则"将采取一切必要措施"维护自身权益。

Commerce Ministry Responds to DHS Procurement Ban: Strong Dissatisfaction, Firm Opposition
A spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce answered reporters' questions regarding the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's October 19 order excluding and removing Chinese companies from federal procurement, CCTV reported on October 20. The order bars U.S. federal civilian agencies from procuring products and services developed by Chinese artificial-intelligence company DeepSeek and its affiliates, and requires their removal from agency information systems.
China expressed strong dissatisfaction and firm opposition, accusing the U.S. of overstretching the concept of national security and politicizing and weaponizing tech and trade issues.
China urged the U.S. to revoke the discriminatory restrictions, warning it "will take all necessary measures" to safeguard its rights and interests.
