北京——据路透社 10 月 23 日报道，中央广播电视总台旗下社交媒体账号"玉渊潭天"周四发文称，中国两家主要 AI 开发者 DeepSeek 与 MiniMax 已获得国家批准，可在全球使用其 AI 模型。该账号周五另发文称，海外互联网用户也呼吁其他中国开源大模型跟进。
这一放行的背景是：中国 10 月 16 日拟议对 23 项 AI 技术实施出口管制，涉及模型、智能体与算力集群等。此前，美国国土安全部曾下令联邦机构清除 DeepSeek 产品并禁止采购。（GSM 据路透社）

BEIJING — Major Chinese AI developers DeepSeek and MiniMax have won state approval for global use of their AI models, according to a post on Thursday on a social media account affiliated with state broadcaster CCTV, Reuters reported on October 23. The account, Yuyuan Tantian, said in a separate post on Friday that overseas internet users had also urged other Chinese open-source large language models to follow suit.
The clearance comes against the backdrop of China's October 16 proposal to impose export controls on 23 AI technologies, including those involving models, agents and computing clusters. Earlier, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security had ordered federal agencies to remove DeepSeek products and ban their procurement. (GSM, from Reuters)
