美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）10月23日公布的最新数据显示，截至10月22日，全美今年累计报告麻疹确诊病例4,588例，较一周前增加178例，疫情仍在持续扩大（GSM 据路透社报道）。

数据显示，今年以来全美麻疹相关住院人数已达479人，高于本站10月20日跟进时公布的451人；确诊病例总数也由当时的4,410例继续上升。

从年龄分布看，5岁至19岁的儿童与青少年是受影响最大的群体，共1,914例，占全部病例的42%；20岁及以上成年人1,881例，占41%。

疫情最集中的宾夕法尼亚州方面，该州卫生部门数据称，截至10月21日全州累计报告1,317例麻疹病例、251人住院。宾州卫生部门称该州今年已有5例麻疹相关死亡，CDC 目前确认其中3例与麻疹相关。

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported on Friday, October 23, that measles cases in the United States had risen to 4,588 as of October 22, up 178 from a week earlier, as the outbreak of the highly contagious disease continues (GSM, via Reuters).

Measles-related hospitalizations this year stand at 479, according to the CDC, up from the 451 reported when GSM last updated the figures on October 20, when the national case count stood at 4,410.

Children and teenagers aged 5 to 19 are the largest group affected, with 1,914 cases, or 42% of all reported cases, followed by adults aged 20 and older at 1,881 cases, or 41%, CDC data showed.

In Pennsylvania, the state hardest hit, the state health department has reported 1,317 measles cases as of October 21, with 251 hospitalizations. The state health department has reported five measles-related deaths so far in 2026, while the CDC has confirmed only three measles-associated deaths.

The CDC previously said it would deploy additional support to Pennsylvania to help investigate the outbreak.
