《Final Fantasy Resonance》10月22日全平台发售：系列首款HD-2D作品，免费试玩版可继承存档
游戏发行商 Square Enix 10月22日宣布，角色扮演游戏《Final Fantasy Resonance》即日起在 PlayStation 5、Nintendo Switch 2、Nintendo Switch、Xbox Series X|S 以及 PC（Steam 与 Xbox on PC）全平台发售，标准版售价49.99美元。这是《Final Fantasy》系列诞生近40年来第一款采用 HD-2D 画面的作品，把像素风角色与三维场景结合呈现。
这款游戏改编自手机游戏《Final Fantasy Brave Exvius》的第一篇章故事「Lapis」，但并非简单的移植作品。Square Enix 表示，游戏经过全面重构，按主机级角色扮演游戏的标准重新打造为一款单人、买断制的完整作品，原手机游戏的抽卡机制不在其中。9月3日推出的免费试玩版涵盖第一章内容，其存档可以在正式版中继续使用，试玩版在所有平台均可下载。
故事讲述 Grandshelt 王国的骑士 Rain 与青梅竹马 Lasswell 奉命调查大地神殿结界减弱的原因，在神殿深处遭遇黑甲男子、目睹大地水晶被击碎，随后与神秘少女 Fina 结伴，踏上保护世界各地其余水晶的旅程。系列标志性元素陆行鸟、召唤兽与飞空艇在本作中回归，Cloud、Tidus、光之战士等历代人气角色将以「Visions」的形式登场。
战斗系统在系列经典的回合制基础上加入新机制：玩家可以编入不同角色的「Visions」为队伍提供独特技能，针对敌人弱点攻击可积攒破防值，击破防御后能获得额外行动回合，「Visions」还能发动强力的 Resonance 合体攻击。游戏还收录了大量支线与可选内容，包括高难度可选首领、斗技场、封印着传说武器的「武器之祠」以及系列经典强敌 Ultima Weapon 的对决。据 Square Enix 公布，《Final Fantasy》系列全球累计销量已超过2.12亿份。
Final Fantasy Resonance Launches October 22 on All Major Platforms: The Series' First HD-2D Entry, With a Free Demo That Carries Over
Square Enix launched the role-playing game Final Fantasy Resonance on October 22 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and Xbox on PC, priced at $49.99 for the standard edition. It is the first game in the nearly 40-year-old Final Fantasy series built in the HD-2D style, which blends pixel-art characters with 3D environments.
The game adapts the first story arc, "Lapis," of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, but Square Enix stresses it is far from a direct port: it has been refined and extensively rebuilt as a full-fledged, single-player, console-quality RPG sold as a single purchase, without the mobile game's gacha mechanics. A free demo covering the first chapter was released on September 3, and its save data carries over into the full game on all platforms.
The story follows Rain, a knight of the Kingdom of Grandshelt entrusted with commanding an airship squadron at a young age, and his childhood friend Lasswell, who are sent to investigate the waning barrier of the Earth Shrine. There they are defeated by a mysterious man in black armor who shatters the Earth Crystal, and the two set out with Fina, a mysterious girl they meet in Grandshelt, to protect the remaining Crystals scattered across the world. Series staples including chocobos, espers and airships return, and beloved characters such as Cloud, Tidus and the Warrior of Light appear as "Visions."
Battles build on the series' classic turn-based system: Visions — echoes of characters from across the series — fight alongside the party with unique skills for deep party customization, and exploiting enemy weaknesses fills a stagger meter that can break a foe's defenses and earn extra turns, while Visions can unleash powerful Resonance attacks. The game also includes extensive side content, including optional challenging bosses, a Colosseum, the Chamber of Arms with formidable foes sealed within legendary weapons, and a showdown with Ultima Weapon. According to Square Enix, the Final Fantasy series has sold over 212 million units worldwide.
