BP与路易斯安那州达成和解：一次性支付约3.5亿美元了结深水地平线漏油纠纷
据路透社10月23日报道，英国石油公司（BP）与路易斯安那州达成和解，将一次性提前支付约3.5亿美元，了结双方围绕2010年「深水地平线」（Deepwater Horizon）漏油事故的其余沿海地区相关诉讼。
2010年4月，BP 租用的深水地平线钻井平台在墨西哥湾发生爆炸与井喷，造成11名工人死亡、大量原油泄漏入海，是美国历史上最严重的海上漏油事故。路易斯安那州海岸线是受漏油影响最严重的地区之一。
事故后，BP 已陆续与联邦政府及墨西哥湾沿岸各州达成多轮和解与赔付安排。此次与路易斯安那州的协议处理的是双方之间遗留的沿海索赔争议。

BP, Louisiana Agree to Resolve Deepwater Horizon Disputes With $350 Million Payment
BP and the state of Louisiana have reached a settlement under which the company will make a one-time accelerated payment of about $350 million to resolve the remaining coastal-area claims from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster, Reuters reported on October 23.
In April 2010, the BP-leased Deepwater Horizon drilling rig exploded and blew out in the Gulf of Mexico, killing 11 workers and releasing a massive amount of crude oil into the sea in the worst marine oil spill in U.S. history. Louisiana's coastline was among the areas hit hardest.
BP has since entered a series of settlements and payment arrangements with the federal government and Gulf Coast states. The Louisiana agreement addresses the coastal claims that remained outstanding between the two sides.
