家居香氛品牌 Bath & Body Works 10月23日宣布，其首家全新「Feel Good」概念店已在北卡罗来纳州夏洛特（Charlotte）的 SouthPark Mall 开业，今秋还将在哥伦布的 Easton Town Center 与迈阿密的 Town and Country 各开一家。
新概念店主打让顾客更容易找到适合自己的香氛：开放式平面布局、更清晰的产品成分与功效说明、专门的试用空间，以及店员的香氛专业讲解。公司表示，店型设计来自消费者反馈——顾客希望导航更简单、成分与功效信息更清楚、试用体验更顺畅。
该概念是公司「消费者优先方程式」（Consumer First Formula）转型计划的一部分，涵盖店铺设计、产品呈现与香氛探索方式的调整。

Bath & Body Works Opens First Feel Good Concept Store in Charlotte
Bath & Body Works announced on October 23 that the first of its new Feel Good concept stores has opened at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina, with additional openings planned this fall at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, and Town and Country in Miami, Florida.
The format is designed to make fragrance discovery easier: an open floor plan, clearer information about ingredients and product benefits, dedicated testing spaces, and associate fragrance expertise. The company said consumer feedback shaped the format, with shoppers asking for easier navigation, clearer information and a more streamlined testing experience.
The concept advances the brand's Consumer First Formula transformation plan across store design, product presentation and fragrance discovery.
