旧金山海崖区440万美元豪宅产权诈骗案现进展：市议会通过垫付欠税 豪宅将拍卖

San Francisco Supervisors Clear Path to Auction $4.4M Sea Cliff Mansion in Deed-Fraud Case
SAN FRANCISCO, California — The deed-fraud case surrounding a $4.4 million mansion in the Sea Cliff neighborhood moved a step forward this week. On Tuesday, October 20, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved a resolution to pay off more than $300,000 in back property taxes on the home at 250 32nd Ave, clearing the way for the property to be auctioned later this year; no auction date has been set.
The four-bedroom, roughly 3,000-square-foot Tudor-style home was purchased in 2013 for $2.41 million by Wei Wang and her husband, Xiangdong Guo. After the couple moved abroad around 2019, the house sat vacant. City Attorney David Chiu has sued Diana Peng and Brandon Aadee, alleging the pair used forged and fraudulently notarized deeds to seize the property — transferring title between themselves eight times, at least five of them forged — intending to sell it for profit.
The city says the owner side owes more than $324,000 in taxes. Proceeds from an auction would go first to taxes and related costs. The case has unsettled Sea Cliff residents for over a year, with neighbors organizing a watch group to share reports of suspicious comings and goings.
