新加坡管理大学在深圳启用首个中国中心：签署四项合作备忘录，连接大湾区与东南亚
深圳消息：新加坡管理大学（SMU）10月22日在深圳启用其首个中国中心「SMU China」，并宣布签署四项合作备忘录，连接粤港澳大湾区与新加坡及东南亚的学术、产业与人才网络。
新加坡贸工部兼文化、社区及青年部高级政务部长 Low Yen Ling（刘燕玲）出席启用仪式并担任主宾。校方表示，中国中心将作为新加坡管理大学在华的枢纽，推动联合研究、学生交流与企业合作。
新加坡管理大学是新加坡的公立自治大学，以商科与社会科学见长。此次在深圳设点，是新加坡高校深化与大湾区联系的最新动作，也为中国与新加坡之间的教育合作增添新平台。
Singapore Management University Opens First China Centre in Shenzhen With Four Partnership Agreements
SHENZHEN — Singapore Management University (SMU) opened its first China centre, "SMU China", in Shenzhen on October 22 and announced four memoranda of understanding, linking the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area with academic, industry and talent networks in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Singapore's Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry and for Culture, Community and Youth, Low Yen Ling, attended the opening as guest of honour. The university said the centre will serve as its hub in China for joint research, student exchanges and corporate partnerships.
SMU is a public autonomous university in Singapore known for business and the social sciences. Its new Shenzhen presence is the latest move by a Singapore institution to deepen ties with the Greater Bay Area, adding a new platform for education cooperation between China and Singapore.
