莫斯科消息：据路透社10月22日报道，俄罗斯总统普京在接受俄罗斯电视台采访时表示，俄方准备于下月恢复由美方斡旋的谈判。他前一天在莫斯科会见了美国总统特使 Steve Witkoff。
普京表示，谈判应聚焦俄罗斯与乌克兰双方以及全欧洲的安全保障框架，而非短期停火安排。俄方此前已接受恢复会谈的提议，下一轮谈判的地点与形式仍在磋商。
乌克兰总统 Volodymyr Zelenskiy 则表示，乌方支持停火、结束战争，并支持能源停火与人道倡议。双方就谈判路径与优先事项的表述仍有明显差异，后续会谈能否举行及议程安排有待各方进一步确认。
Putin Says Russia Ready to Resume US-Mediated Talks Next Month, Focused on Security Guarantees
MOSCOW — Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a television interview on October 22 that Russia is ready to resume US-mediated talks next month, Reuters reported. He had met US presidential envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow the previous day.
Putin said the talks should focus on a security guarantees framework for Russia, Ukraine and Europe as a whole, rather than on a short-term ceasefire arrangement. Russia has previously accepted the proposal to resume the talks; the venue and format of the next round remain under discussion.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Ukraine supports a ceasefire, an end to the war, an energy ceasefire and humanitarian initiatives. The two sides' stated positions on the path and priorities of negotiations still differ markedly, and whether the next round takes place, and on what agenda, awaits further confirmation.
