德国上调税收预测：2026至2030年税收比此前预测多434亿欧元
柏林消息：据路透社报道，德国最新税收预测显示，2026至2030年全国税收将比今年5月的预测多出434亿欧元。不过，其中仅33亿欧元归联邦政府，州与市镇是主要受益方。
预测显示，2026年德国总税收预计达9,979亿欧元。同期，政府将经济增长预测上调至2026年增长1.3%、2027年增长1.1%，显示官方对经济前景的评估有所改善。
财政部长 Lars Klingbeil 表示，税收预测上调不会为联邦带来额外财政空间，联邦层面的预算安排仍须保持审慎。此次预测由联邦与州财政专家组成的税收估算工作组定期发布，是各级政府编制预算的重要依据。
Germany Raises Tax Revenue Forecast by €43.4 Billion for 2026-2030
BERLIN — Germany's latest tax estimate projects €43.4 billion more in revenue for 2026–2030 than forecast in May, Reuters reported on October 22. Only €3.3 billion of the increase accrues to the federal government, however, with states and municipalities the main beneficiaries.
Total tax revenue for 2026 is now projected at €997.9 billion. The government has also raised its growth forecasts to 1.3% for 2026 and 1.1% for 2027, reflecting a somewhat improved official assessment of the economic outlook.
Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil said the upward revision would not create additional fiscal room for the federal government and that federal budgeting must remain prudent. The estimates, produced regularly by a working group of federal and state finance experts, are a key basis for budget planning at all levels of government.
