柬埔寨发布中小微企业发展国家战略2026至2030：洪玛奈呼吁优先选用国产产品
金边消息：柬埔寨总理洪玛奈10月22日在金边发布《中小微企业发展国家战略2026–2030》，提出系统扶持中小微企业发展的政策框架，并呼吁各界优先选用柬埔寨国产产品，支持本土产业。
官方数据显示，今年前九个月柬埔寨约有2,600件国产产品完成注册，同比增加约1,100件；全国登记在册的小企业逾4.4万家，雇佣员工近50万人，是吸纳就业的重要力量。
新战略还提出设立一站式中小微企业协调单位，简化企业注册与办事流程，帮助小企业对接融资与市场。洪玛奈表示，中小微企业是柬埔寨经济的支柱，政府将把扶持措施落实到融资、技能与市场准入等环节。
Cambodia Launches National Strategy for MSME Development 2026-2030
PHNOM PENH — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet launched the National Strategy for MSME Development 2026–2030 in Phnom Penh on October 22, setting out a policy framework to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and calling on the public to give priority to Cambodian-made products.
Official figures show about 2,600 domestic products were registered in the first nine months of this year, roughly 1,100 more than a year earlier. More than 44,000 small businesses are formally registered nationwide, employing nearly 500,000 people and forming a major source of jobs.
The strategy also proposes a one-stop coordination unit for MSMEs to simplify registration and administrative procedures and help small firms access finance and markets. Hun Manet said MSMEs are the backbone of Cambodia's economy and that support would be delivered across financing, skills and market access.
