Irvine Fields Remain Closed Citywide on Oct. 22 in Noon Muddline Update
The City of Irvine, in Orange County, California, issued a field-status update at noon on Oct. 22: athletic fields remain closed citywide due to weather.
It is the second consecutive day of a citywide closure. On Oct. 21, the city announced that all fields were closed because of weather and directed users to check the Muddline for the latest status; the Oct. 22 noon update shows the closure is still in effect.
Reopening will be announced in the city's next Muddline update, and teams with reservations or league schedules should watch for further city notices. (GSM, based on the City of Irvine Muddline update)
