Irvine 市启动公共图书馆20年总体规划：问卷征集意见至11月30日
位于加州橙县的 Irvine 市宣布启动 Irvine Public Library（Irvine 公共图书馆）20年总体规划编制工作，并向居民发放问卷征集意见，问卷截止日期为11月30日。
市府在 Heritage Park、Katie Wheeler 与 University Park 三家分馆设置快闪问卷点，方便到馆读者现场填写。Irvine 公共图书馆的管理权此前已由橙县移交市府，市府称总体规划将作为这套市立图书馆系统未来发展的战略路线图。

City of Irvine Launches 20-Year Public Library Master Plan, Survey Open Through Nov. 30
The City of Irvine, in Orange County, California, has launched work on a 20-year master plan for the Irvine Public Library and is collecting resident input through a survey open through Nov. 30.
Pop-up survey points have been set up at the system's three branches — Heritage Park, Katie Wheeler and University Park — so visitors can respond on site. Management of the library system has transferred from Orange County to the City of Irvine, and the city describes the master plan as a strategic roadmap for the municipal system's future development.
Group 4 Architecture is leading the planning work, which is expected to be completed in December 2027. The city has posted the survey in multiple languages on its website. (GSM, based on the City of Irvine release)
