Nebraska Governor Pillen Recognizes Plattsmouth for Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements
Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen recognized the city of Plattsmouth on Oct. 22 for its efforts to improve drinking water and wastewater infrastructure for its residents. Speaking at the Plattsmouth Public Library, the governor was joined by Jesse Bradley, director of the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE); Donny Christensen, recovery section administrator of the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA); and Plattsmouth Mayor R. Paul Lambert.
The governor's office said the recognition highlighted the city's improvements to its water infrastructure.
