爱荷华州州长 Kim Reynolds 10 月 22 日宣布，任命 Michael Motto 为该州第七司法区地区法官。
Motto 来自 Davenport，现任第七司法区地区副法官（District Associate Judge）。他本科毕业于 University of Iowa，法学学位来自 Chicago-Kent 法学院（Chicago-Kent College of Law）。
Motto 填补的是法官 Mark Fowler 去世后留下的空缺。第七司法区涵盖 Cedar、Clinton、Jackson、Muscatine 与 Scott 五县。
Iowa Governor Reynolds Appoints Michael Motto as District Judge in Judicial District 7
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced on Oct. 22 her appointment of Michael Motto as a District Judge in Judicial District 7.
Motto, of Davenport, Iowa, serves as a District Associate Judge in the 7th Judicial District. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Motto fills a vacancy created following the passing of the Hon. Mark Fowler. Judicial District 7 includes Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Muscatine, and Scott Counties.
