联邦航空局 FAA 发布垂直飞行设施设计标准草案：意见征集至2027年1月11日
华盛顿——美国联邦航空局（FAA）10月22日发布垂直飞行设施设计标准草案——咨询通告 AC 150/5390-4 草案《垂直飞行航空器基础设施设计》——为直升机、动力升力航空器和电动垂直起降航空器（eVTOL）等垂直飞行航空器的起降设施提供规划、设计与建设标准，现向行业征求意见。
草案涵盖四方面内容：起降区、最后进近区、安全区和进近面等核心布局与运行空间；照明、标识与目视助航设备；航空器加油与电动充电系统；以及在不干扰现有运行的前提下、把垂直飞行设施整合进现有机场的要求。
联邦航空局 FAA 局长 Bryan Bedford 说：「新一代航空器已经到来，我们正在确保有相应的基础设施，支持它们在美国国家空域系统各地安全起降。这些航空器在创造新就业、连接社区、巩固美国航空领先地位方面潜力巨大。」
FAA 表示，这份草案定稿发布后，将取代 2023 年 1 月 5 日的 AC 150/5390-2D《直升机场设计》和 2024 年 12 月 27 日的工程简报 105A《垂直起降场设计》。FAA 定于 11 月 10 日上午 10 时至下午 1 时 30 分（美东时间）举行线上行业说明会，书面意见征集截止日期为 2027 年 1 月 11 日。
FAA Releases Draft Design Standards for Vertical Flight Facilities, Comments Due Jan. 11, 2027
Washington — The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on October 22 released draft design standards for vertical flight facilities — draft Advisory Circular AC 150/5390-4, "Vertical Flight Aircraft Infrastructure Design" — setting out planning, design and construction standards for takeoff and landing facilities serving rotorcraft, powered-lift aircraft and electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and invited industry feedback.
The draft standards cover four areas: core layout and operating space, including touchdown and liftoff areas, final approach areas, safety areas and approach surfaces; lighting, markings and visual aids for pilots; aircraft fueling and electric charging systems; and requirements for integrating vertical flight infrastructure at existing airports without disrupting current operations.
"The next generation of aircraft is here, and we are ensuring we have the infrastructure built to support safe takeoffs and landings for them across the National Airspace System," FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford said. "These aircraft have tremendous potential to generate new jobs, connect communities, and strengthen American leadership in aviation."
The FAA said that once finalized and published, the draft circular will cancel AC 150/5390-2D, "Heliport Design," dated January 5, 2023, and Engineering Brief 105A, "Vertiport Design," dated December 27, 2024. The agency will host a virtual industry day on November 10 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern, and written comments are due by January 11, 2027.
