华人持伪造证件企图入境以色列被查获 另有华人偷渡被抓、接应者遭遣返
据央视网、中国新闻网10月19日报道，近日接连发生华人企图非法入境以色列务工被查获的个案。一名华人持伪造证件，试图从以色列与约旦之间的边境口岸入境以色列时被查获；另一名华人企图从约旦偷渡入境以色列，被约旦执法部门抓获，其在以色列境内的接应者同时被拘留，工作签证被吊销，现已被遣返回国。
报道称，近期有不法分子声称可通过旅游或「特殊渠道」带人入境以色列打工、从事非法偷渡，已多次被以色列警方和移民局查获。参与非法入境者面临入狱、遣返和长期禁止入境等后果；在以色列持合法工作签证的劳工，若参与边境接应、转运、提供住宿等协助偷渡行为，签证同样会被吊销，并面临拘留和遣返。
Chinese Nationals Caught in Illegal-Entry Cases at Israel Border; Smuggling Facilitator Deported
Two recent cases of Chinese nationals attempting to enter Israel illegally for work have been intercepted, CCTV and China News Service reported on October 19. In one case, a Chinese national was caught trying to enter Israel through a border crossing with Jordan using forged documents. In another, a Chinese national attempting to sneak into Israel from Jordan was captured by Jordanian law enforcement, while the person's facilitator inside Israel was detained, had their work visa revoked and has been deported.
According to the reports, smugglers have recently claimed they can bring people into Israel to work through tourism or "special channels," and have been caught by Israeli police and immigration authorities on multiple occasions. Participants face imprisonment, deportation and long-term entry bans. Lawful workers in Israel who assist smuggling - by meeting people at the border, transporting them or providing accommodation - likewise face visa revocation, detention and deportation even if their visas are valid.
