乌兹别克斯坦签署《阿尔忒弥斯协定》成第77个签约国 卢比奥在撒马尔罕见证
撒马尔罕——美国国务院 10月19日宣布，乌兹别克斯坦当天签署《阿尔忒弥斯协定》（Artemis Accords），成为该协定的第 77 个签约国，承诺致力于和平探索与利用外层空间。
签署在撒马尔罕举行：乌兹别克斯坦外交部长 Bakhtiyor Saidov 代表该国签署，正在当地出席 C5+1 部长级会议的美国国务卿卢比奥在与 Saidov 的双边会晤后见证了签署。据国务院会晤纪要，卢比奥还欢迎乌兹别克斯坦对美国民用核技术表现出的兴趣，双方同意深化在关键矿产领域的合作。

Uzbekistan Signs the Artemis Accords as the 77th Nation, With Secretary Rubio Witnessing in Samarkand
SAMARKAND — The U.S. Department of State announced on October 19 that the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed the Artemis Accords, becoming the 77th country to join the accords and pledging a commitment to the peaceful exploration and use of outer space.
Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov signed the accords on behalf of Uzbekistan in Samarkand, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio — in the city for the C5+1 Ministerial — witnessed and celebrated the signing following his bilateral meeting with Saidov. According to the State Department's readout of the meeting, Rubio also welcomed Uzbekistan's interest in U.S. civil nuclear technology, and the two sides agreed to deepen cooperation on critical minerals.
The United States and seven other countries established the Artemis Accords in 2020, during President Trump's first term; the accords set out principles and norms for peaceful cooperation in lunar and deep-space exploration, and the list of signatories has continued to grow.
