第十二届世界旅游经济论坛·澳门2026近日在澳门揭幕。本届论坛的合作国家为西班牙，主宾省为海南省，多国旅游部长与业界领袖与会。西班牙工业和旅游大臣代表、西班牙国家旅游局局长、欧洲旅游委员会主席Miguel Sanz代表合作国家致辞表示，西班牙与中国同为全球重要的旅游大国，双方共同面对透过旅游创造更高价值、科技与以人为本等行业议题，跨区域对话合作不可或缺。主宾省代表、海南省常务副省长巴特尔致辞邀请各界到海南旅游度假、投资兴业，共享海南自由贸易港发展机遇。论坛设主旨演讲与高峰对话，原国家对外经贸部副部长、博鳌亚洲论坛原秘书长龙永图发表题为「中国的包容性增长模式」的演讲；论坛并与联合国世界旅游组织合办「迈向2027：建设具备韧性的旅游经济」讨论环节。世界旅游经济论坛自2012年在澳门创办，已成为重要的国际旅游交流平台；本届论坛另设商务配对与考察活动，带领与会者参观澳门与横琴粤澳深度合作区的文旅项目。
12th Global Tourism Economy Forum Opens in Macau; Spain Is Partner Country, Hainan Guest Province
The 12th Global Tourism Economy Forum · Macau 2026 has opened in Macau, with Spain as the partner country and Hainan Province as the guest province, drawing tourism ministers and industry leaders from around the world. Miguel Sanz, Director General of Spain's national tourism office and president of the European Travel Commission, spoke on behalf of the partner country, saying Spain and China, both major tourism powers, share industry challenges such as creating higher value through tourism and balancing technology with a people-centred approach, making cross-regional dialogue essential. Hainan Executive Vice Governor Battel, representing the guest province, invited participants to visit, invest and do business in Hainan to share the opportunities of the Hainan Free Trade Port. The programme featured keynote speeches — former vice minister of foreign trade Long Yongtu spoke on China's inclusive growth model — and, jointly with UN Tourism, a session on building a resilient tourism economy toward 2027. Founded in Macau in 2012, the forum has grown into a major international tourism exchange platform; this year's edition also includes business matching and study tours of Macau and the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau Deep Cooperation Zone.
