San Diego's BOO! by the Bay Halloween Carnival Set for October 24 at Liberty Station With Free Admission
San Diego is a city in San Diego County, California. San Diego's BOO! by the Bay Halloween Carnival will take place on Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Naval Training Center Park (NTC Park) at Liberty Station, with free admission.
According to the San Diego MTS fall events page and the Arts District Liberty Station October monthly report, the carnival features live entertainment, seasonal food and drinks, a themed market, games, and a costume contest with prizes. The venue is reachable on MTS Route 28.
The same venue hosts a separate event, Halloween at the Station, the following day (October 25) from noon to 4 p.m. at Ingram Plaza. Liberty Station, in Point Loma, is the former Naval Training Center, now an arts, dining and community district.
