泰国洪灾救济金将告罄 议员称仅剩7500万泰铢、170万人待批
泰国人民党曼谷第九选区议员素帕纳·明猜亚农10月17日表示，泰国洪灾救济拨款已发放52.15亿泰铢，在52.9亿泰铢总额中仅剩约7500万泰铢，另有约170万名申请人仍在等待审批，其中曼谷约70万人。
素帕纳敦促总理兼内政部长阿努廷紧急寻求内阁批准追加资金，估计还需约120亿泰铢才能覆盖等待中的申请人。他说，部分上月房屋被淹的居民已经等待三周。内政部高级官员10月13日曾表示资金仍然充足、发放进展迅速。
与此同时，泰国气象局10月17日晨发布今年第260号警告，预计10月18日至20日南部与东部持续降雨、局地暴雨，21日至25日降雨将扩展至曼谷及周边，下游地区须防范山洪与滑坡。（GSM 据Asia Daily、泰国气象局消息报道）
Thailand's Flood Relief Fund Nearly Exhausted, MP Warns, With 1.7 Million Awaiting Approval
People's Party MP Suphanat Minchaiynunt, representing Bangkok's ninth constituency, said on October 17 that Thailand has paid out 5.215 billion baht from a flood relief allocation of 5.29 billion baht, leaving about 75 million baht while another 1.7 million applicants await approval, including about 700,000 in Bangkok.
Suphanat urged Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul to seek urgent Cabinet approval for more money, estimating another 12 billion baht would be needed. Some residents whose homes flooded last month have already waited three weeks, he said. Senior Interior Ministry officials said on October 13 that funding remained sufficient and payments were moving quickly.
Separately, the Thai Meteorological Department issued warning No. 1 (260/2026) on the morning of October 17, forecasting continuous rain in the South and East from October 18 to 20, spreading to Bangkok and surrounding areas from October 21 to 25, with risks of flash floods and landslides.
