Russia's Novak Says Russian and US Governments in Talks on Diesel Supplies
MOSCOW — Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak said talks between the Russian and U.S. governments are under way to ensure diesel supplies, and that a number of Russian refineries have completed maintenance, according to a European markets roundup from FXStreet on October 15, citing Novak's remarks around the European market close.
