2026年麦克阿瑟「天才奖」名单：林松、张良方、管开宇三名华裔学者同届获奖
芝加哥——麦克阿瑟基金会9月29日公布2026年度麦克阿瑟学者（MacArthur Fellows）名单，20名获奖者各获得五年共80万美元、无附加条件的资助，其中三名华裔学者同届获奖，连日来各大学与华文媒体陆续报道。斯坦福大学有机化学教授林松（Song Lin，40岁）以电化学方法更高效、更可持续地构建复杂有机分子、服务药物研发获奖。加州大学圣迭戈分校化学与纳米工程系主任张良方（Liangfang Zhang）以细胞膜仿生纳米颗粒技术获奖，其「纳米海绵」可用于靶向递药、疫苗与解毒抗感染。
伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校环境科学教授管开宇（Kaiyu Guan，41岁，本科毕业于南京大学、博士毕业于普林斯顿大学）则以结合卫星观测、过程模型与机器学习构建农业预测科学获奖。麦克阿瑟学者奖不接受自荐，由匿名提名人推荐、遴选委员会评定，常被称作「天才奖」。
Three Chinese American Scholars — Song Lin, Liangfang Zhang and Kaiyu Guan — Named 2026 MacArthur Fellows
CHICAGO — The MacArthur Foundation announced its 2026 class of MacArthur Fellows on September 29. The 20 fellows each receive $800,000 over five years with no strings attached, and three Chinese American scholars are among them, in announcements carried by universities and Chinese-language media in the days since. Song Lin, 40, a Stanford University organic chemist, was honored for electrochemical methods that build complex organic molecules more efficiently and sustainably for drug development. Liangfang Zhang, chair of chemical and nano engineering at UC San Diego, was honored for cell-membrane-coated nanoparticles — 'nanosponges' — used in targeted drug delivery, vaccines and detoxification.
Kaiyu Guan, 41, an environmental science professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign who earned his bachelor's degree at Nanjing University and his doctorate at Princeton, was honored for building an agricultural predictive science that combines satellite observations, process models and machine learning. MacArthur Fellows are chosen through anonymous nominations and are often called 'genius grant' recipients.
