热气球节周中场次指南：周三集体升空是平日看 500 只气球的最佳机会，周一周二仅上午场
据热气球节本周日程（10 月 5 日至 9 日）整理，第 54 届阿尔伯克基国际热气球节进入周中时段：周一（10 月 5 日）为「新墨西哥日」，周二、周三（10 月 6 日、7 日）均为仅上午场次、无晚间灯光活动，每天清晨先有黎明巡逻（Dawn Patrol），7 点气球升空。
对想看完整集体升空又避开周末人潮的观众，周三（10 月 7 日）上午是最佳选择：这是除两个周末之外仅有的三个集体升空日之一，500 多只气球分两波升空，全程约从清晨 7 点持续到 9 点，人流比开幕周末明显可控。
实用信息：会场清晨 4 点半开门，普通门票 20 美元/场，12 岁以下免费；Park & Ride 接驳周一至周三停运，自驾观众需预留充足排队时间，并做好防寒——清晨草地带露、气温可低至 2 摄氏度。周四（10 月 8 日）起将有造型气球大游行与 Glowdeo 晚间场次回归。
造型气球是热气球节的另一大看点：周四回归的造型气球大游行集中了本届造型最奇特的一批气球，包括动物、卡通人物与品牌造型。节庆进入下半程后，10 月 9 日还有 Thomas Rhett 演唱会，10 月 11 日清晨将以最后一场集体升空收官。

Balloon Fiesta Midweek Guide: Wednesday Mass Ascension Is the Weekday Highlight
The 54th Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta moves into its midweek stretch Oct. 5-9, according to the event's published schedule. Monday, Oct. 5, is New Mexico Day; Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 6-7, are morning-only sessions with no evening glow events, each opening with the Dawn Patrol followed by balloon launches at 7 a.m.
For visitors who want the full mass ascension without weekend crowds, Wednesday morning, Oct. 7, is the pick: it is one of only three mass ascension mornings outside the two weekends, with more than 500 balloons launching in two waves between roughly 7 and 9 a.m. at noticeably more manageable attendance levels.
Practical notes: gates open at 4:30 a.m.; general admission is $20 per session with children 12 and under free; Park & Ride shuttles do not run Monday through Wednesday, so drivers should allow extra time, and everyone should dress for near-freezing dawn temperatures on dewy grass. The Special Shape Rodeo and evening Glowdeo return on Thursday, Oct. 8.
Special-shape balloons are the fiesta's other signature: Thursday's returning Special Shape Rodeo gathers the most outlandish designs of the year, from animals to cartoon figures and brand shapes. The festival's back half also features the Thomas Rhett concert on Oct. 9 and a closing mass ascension on the morning of Oct. 11.
