CPSC召回OCOOPA充电暖手宝约150万件：1,480起过热报告、350人烫伤、1人死亡
美国消费品安全委员会（CPSC）与中国深圳街猫科技有限公司（Shenzhen Street Cat Technology Co., Ltd.，以 OCOOPA Direct 名义经营）2026年7月30日宣布，召回 OCOOPA 品牌充电式锂电池暖手宝约150万件，召回编号26-659。涉事暖手宝的锂电池可能过热并起火，构成严重烧伤与火灾风险。
OCOOPA Direct 已收到1,480起暖手宝过热报告，造成15起火灾与350人烫伤，其中包括2026年2月在加州 San Jose 发生的一起死亡事件：一名83岁的消费者因此死亡。
这次召回涉及 OCOOPA 品牌充电式锂电池暖手宝的七个型号：UT3053、UT3056、ZLS-118、ZLS-118S、ZLS-118D、H01 与 H01(PD)。产品为双面发热设计，有多种颜色与图案，两件装可磁吸拼接并附充电线，机身有 USB-C 充电口、LED 指示灯与硅胶挂绳；机身顶部与包装上印有「OCOOPA」字样，型号与三位批号印在机身底部。

CPSC Recalls About 1.5 Million OCOOPA Rechargeable Hand Warmers: 1,480 Overheating Reports, 350 Burn Injuries, One Death
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Shenzhen Street Cat Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as OCOOPA Direct, announced on July 30, 2026, the recall of about 1.5 million OCOOPA-branded rechargeable lithium-ion battery hand warmers, recall number 26-659. The lithium-ion battery in the recalled hand warmers can overheat and ignite, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards.
OCOOPA Direct has received 1,480 reports of the hand warmers overheating, resulting in 15 fires and 350 burn injuries, including the death of an 83-year-old consumer in San Jose, California, in February 2026.
The recall involves seven models of OCOOPA rechargeable hand warmers: UT3053, UT3056, ZLS-118, ZLS-118S, ZLS-118D, H01 and H01(PD). The dual-sided hand warmers were sold in varying colors and designs, in packs of two that can be magnetically joined and with a charging cable. They have a USB-C port to charge the built-in lithium-ion batteries, LED indicator lights on the hard plastic shell, and a silicone lanyard. "OCOOPA" is printed on the top of the hand warmers and on the product packaging, and the model number and three-digit batch number are printed on the underside.
About 1.5 million hand warmers were sold online at Amazon.com, Ocoopa.com, Ocoopa.net and Walmart.com from September 2018 through May 2026 for between $15 and $60. The products were manufactured in China.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled hand warmers and contact OCOOPA Direct for a full refund in the form of an OCOOPA gift card or the original form of payment. Consumers will be asked to write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on the hand warmer and submit a photo showing that marking, the model number and the product's three-digit batch number through the OCOOPA recall page. Consumers should dispose of recalled products with lithium-ion batteries in accordance with applicable local and state hazardous waste regulations.
CPSC also urges consumers to report related incidents to the agency at SaferProducts.gov.
