Metallica's Sphere residency 'Life Burns Faster' enters its fourth weekend tonight in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Metallica's "Life Burns Faster" residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, enters its fourth weekend tonight, October 22, with a second show on Saturday, October 24.
The residency opened on October 1 and runs for 24 shows through March 13, 2027, in the band's "No Repeat Weekend" format first used on its M72 world tour: each Thursday and Saturday pairing features two completely different setlists, making 12 paired weekends. According to the New York Post's ticket tracker, resale prices for tonight's show started around $486 including fees.
Metallica is the first metal act to hold a Sphere residency, following artists such as U2, No Doubt and the Eagles at the venue. Remaining 2026 dates include October 29 and 31 and November 5 and 7.
