LA VERNE, California - The City of La Verne, in Los Angeles County, published its latest Wednesday Wrap Up on November 4, summarizing the City Council's November 2 regular meeting and upcoming city arrangements. The highlights below are drawn from the meeting's official agenda and the city's wrap-up.
The council agenda featured the annual Lights & Sirens Toy Drive, with community members encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys for local children ahead of the holiday season, and an update on the city's Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP), for which residents are invited to complete a survey on wildfire preparedness.
