越南副总理：越美贸易协议谈判接近完成 最终文本已送交美方
据路透社10月14日发自河内的报道，越南副总理（Pham Gia Tuc）10月14日星期三在河内表示，越南与美国的贸易协议谈判已接近完成，最终文本已送交美方。美方官员对谈判进度的表态相对谨慎。报道称，美方一项调查已结束，对越南商品征收12.5%的关税，另有两项调查仍在进行。越共中央总书记苏林已获邀参加今年12月在美国佛罗里达州举行的二十国集团峰会。
Vietnam Says Trade Deal Talks With US Nearly Complete; Final Text Sent to Washington
Reuters reported from Hanoi on October 14 that Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc said on Wednesday that Vietnam-US trade deal negotiations are nearly complete and the final text has been sent to the United States. US officials have been more cautious about the timeline. According to Reuters, one US investigation has concluded with 12.5 percent tariffs on Vietnamese goods, while two other investigations are ongoing. Communist Party General Secretary To Lam has been invited to the G20 summit in Florida this December.
