泰柬海上边界调解第二轮在海牙举行 预计程序将持续约一年
据东盟媒体10月14日报道，泰国与柬埔寨海上边界争端调解程序第二轮会议于10月14日至18日在荷兰海牙举行，依据《联合国海洋法公约》框架进行。泰国副总理兼外长西哈萨·蓬集高表示，泰国将捍卫国家利益。第一轮会议今年9月14日至16日在新加坡举行。柬埔寨外交部也就本轮会议发表声明。报道称，整个调解程序预计将持续约一年。泰柬两国在泰国湾海域的边界划分长期存在争议。
Thailand-Cambodia Maritime Boundary Conciliation Holds Second Round in The Hague
ASEAN media reported on October 14 that the second round of conciliation proceedings over the Thailand-Cambodia maritime boundary dispute is being held from October 14 to 18 in The Hague, the Netherlands, under the framework of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow said Thailand will defend its national interests. The first round took place in Singapore from September 14 to 16. Cambodia's foreign ministry also issued a statement on the round. The process is expected to take about a year. The two countries have a longstanding dispute over their maritime boundary in the Gulf of Thailand.
