瑞典释放被扣押约七个月的中资背景油轮“海鸥1号”
据海事媒体10月14日报道，瑞典已释放中资背景油轮“海鸥1号”（Sea Owl 1）。这艘7.5万吨级油轮今年3月12日从巴西桑托斯驶往瑞典途中被登检扣押，瑞方怀疑其船旗登记与适航状况存在问题。该轮位列欧盟制裁名单，但瑞方并未指控其违反制裁。在确认其已在赤道几内亚登记后，扣押于10月12日解除。目前该轮仍停泊在特雷勒堡外海。
Sweden Releases Chinese-Owned Tanker Sea Owl 1 After About Seven Months
Maritime media reported on October 14 that Sweden has released the Chinese-owned tanker Sea Owl 1. The 75,000-dwt vessel was boarded and detained on March 12 while inbound from Santos, Brazil, amid suspicions over its flag registration and seaworthiness. The ship is on the EU sanctions list but was not suspected of sanctions violations. The detention was lifted on October 12 after its registration in Equatorial Guinea was confirmed. The vessel remains at anchor off Trelleborg.
