埃斯孔迪多市Woodward Avenue停车场启动太阳能改造 施工分阶段进行至11月下旬
据埃斯孔迪多市政府10月13日公告，该市Woodward Avenue停车场的太阳能与车辆充电设施改造已于10月12日启动场地准备工作。这项工程是埃斯孔迪多全市能源路线图（Escondido Citywide Energy Roadmap）的一部分，由该市与Climatec合作推进，属多年期市政能源计划。
市政府表示，施工将分阶段进行，以减少对加州艺术中心（California Center for the Arts, Escondido）、周边学校及课后项目的影响。施工期间，停车场部分区域将临时关闭或受限，车位供应随进度变化，现场将设置临时指示牌，引导访客前往可用停车区域。
按市政府公布的安排，Woodward Avenue停车场工程预计11月下旬完工；随后Climatec将转入市政厅旁Credit Union停车场的太阳能与充电设施改造。市政府未在公告中公布该停车场的具体地址门牌与每日施工时段，后续进展将另行发布。
Escondido Begins Solar Installation at Woodward Avenue Parking Lot, With Phased Work Through Late November
The City of Escondido announced on October 13 that site preparations began on October 12 at the Woodward Avenue parking lot for new solar and vehicle-charging infrastructure. The work is part of the Escondido Citywide Energy Roadmap, a multi-year city initiative carried out with Climatec.
According to the city, construction will proceed in phases to minimize impacts on the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, nearby schools and after-school programs. Portions of the parking lot will be temporarily closed or restricted during the work, parking availability will vary, and temporary signage will direct visitors to available parking.
The city expects the Woodward Avenue work to be completed by late November. Climatec will then shift its focus to solar and vehicle-charging improvements at the Credit Union parking lot at City Hall.
