Reuters reported on October 14 that South Korea's Financial Services Commission said on Wednesday that hacking incidents had been found at 16 financial firms, involving about 100,000 cases of data leakage. The commission said it will conduct an in-depth investigation, including whether artificial intelligence was involved, and plans security inspections of financial institutions.
