意大利推出十年10亿欧元计划 应对坎皮弗莱格雷火山地区地震风险
据意大利媒体10月14日报道，意大利政府已批准一项为期10年、总额10亿欧元的计划，应对那不勒斯以西坎皮弗莱格雷火山地区的地震活动风险。计划规定，国家承担建筑抗震升级费用的70%；年收入低于2.8万欧元的家庭可获100%覆盖。按揭贷款暂停偿还安排将延长至2027年底。该火山地区约有8.5万名居民、约1.5万栋建筑。坎皮弗莱格雷是欧洲活动频繁的火山口地区之一，近年地面隆起与地震活动持续引发关注。
Italy Approves 10-Year, €1 Billion Plan for Campi Flegrei Seismic Risk
Italian media reported on October 14 that Italy's government has approved a 10-year, €1 billion plan to address seismic risk in the Campi Flegrei volcanic area west of Naples. Under the plan, the state will cover 70 percent of seismic-upgrade costs for buildings, rising to 100 percent for households earning under €28,000. Mortgage payment suspensions will run through the end of 2027. The volcanic district is home to about 85,000 residents in some 15,000 buildings. Campi Flegrei is one of Europe's most closely watched calderas, where ground uplift and earthquake swarms have drawn attention in recent years.
