10月13日——据房产数据机构 ATTOM 的《美国止赎市场报告》及10月13日的综合报道，2026年8月全美共有40,277处房产出现止赎申请（包括违约通知、拍卖排期与银行收回），较2025年8月增长13%、较7月增长1%。
分阶段看：8月有25,894处房产被启动止赎程序，同比增7%；完成止赎、被银行实际收回的房产达5,794处，同比大增42%、环比增22%。止赎启动量最高的州为佛罗里达（3,189宗）、德克萨斯（3,126宗）与加州（2,565宗）；完成收回最多的是德克萨斯州（1,835处），休斯顿以448处居都会区之首。
ATTOM 首席执行官罗布·巴伯（Rob Barber）表示，8月数据显示止赎活动继续高于去年同期，完成止赎的增幅尤其明显。报道同时指出，目前止赎总量仍低于疫情前水平。背景方面，Redfin 数据显示9月全美待售签约量同比下滑、房贷利率升破7%，购房者退场与止赎上升在同一时期出现。

ATTOM: August Foreclosure Filings Up 13% Year Over Year to 40,277; Bank Repossessions Jump 42%
Oct. 13 — A total of 40,277 U.S. properties received a foreclosure filing in August 2026 — including default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions — up 13 percent from August 2025 and 1 percent from July, according to ATTOM's U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, covered in reports on October 13.
Lenders started foreclosure proceedings on 25,894 properties in August, up 7 percent year over year, while completed foreclosures rose more sharply: lenders repossessed 5,794 properties, up 42 percent from a year earlier and 22 percent from July. Florida recorded the most foreclosure starts at 3,189, followed by Texas at 3,126 and California at 2,565. Texas accounted for the most completed repossessions at 1,835, with Houston leading major metros at 448.
"August's data shows that foreclosure activity continues to trend above year-ago levels, particularly in completed foreclosures, which saw a notable annual increase," ATTOM CEO Rob Barber said. Reports noted overall activity remains below pre-pandemic levels. The figures arrived as Redfin data showed September pending home sales falling with mortgage rates above 7 percent.
